  1. Shipping Area: We ship to all 48 contiguous United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact our customer service team for a quote.

  2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours of being placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

  3. Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available upon request for an additional fee.

  4. Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers including FedEx, and other freight companies. The choice of carrier is determined by the size and weight of your order, as well as the shipping destination.


Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from RampPros.com. If for any reason you are not pleased, our return policy is designed to be simple and accommodating.

Return Details:

  1. Return Period: If you wish to return your ramp, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. There are no returns on custom ramp orders.

  2. Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that are damaged or show signs of wear and tear may not be eligible for a full refund.

  3. Return Shipping: While we offer free shipping on all outgoing orders, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end or a product defect.

  4. Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This fee covers the cost of processing the return and restocking the item.

  5. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus the 20% restocking fee and any original shipping charges. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed once we have received the item.
