• Shipping Method: Most orders ship via freight carriers (LTL for larger ramps/platforms) or UPS/FedEx for smaller items. Curbside delivery is standard—liftgate service available if needed (we'll confirm with you).
• Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We pass on the best rates we can—no hidden markups. Free shipping promotions apply when shown.
• Delivery Notes: Someone 18+ must be present for freight deliveries. We'll coordinate timing to make it easy for you.

Large modular ramp systems often ship in multiple packages for faster delivery—your tracking will reflect this.

We want you to love your ramp setup. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it right.

• Return Window: 30 days from delivery date for most items (some large/custom orders may vary—check product page or ask us).
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Installed ramps are non-returnable unless defective.
• Defective/Damaged Items: If your ramp arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue, contact us immediately (photos help!). We'll arrange repair, replacement, or refund—no hassle.
• Return Process: Call or email us first at (800) 494-3151 or customerservice@ramppros.com. We'll provide an RMA number and instructions. You cover return shipping unless it's our error/defect.
• Refunds: Processed to original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
• Custom/Configured Items: Many ramps are built-to-order or customized— these are final sale unless defective. We'll confirm before you buy.
